John Muir Laws is a father, naturalist, artist, and educator who has dedicated his work to connecting people to nature through art and science. From an early age his parents instilled in him a deep love and respect for nature. Over the years, that love has grown to a commitment to stewardship and a passion to share the delight of exploring nature with others. He teaches nature study and natural history workshops that incorporate illustration and scientific note-taking as a means to greater observation, memory and curiosity. Laws is the founder and host of the Nature Journal Club.
Greta Eskridge is a second-generation home schooler and now home schooling mother of 4. You may know her from her Instagram and blog @maandpamodern, the podcast At Home or her writing at Wild + Free. Greta finds homeschooling to be a deeply creative act, and she loves sharing her passion for good books and outdoor learning with her children. She loves to share her excitement and enthusiasm for homeschooling and to encourage the heart of every mama she meets.
